| The nose may be resculpted in size or width to produce a more pleasing shape with a procedure known as Rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty may change the nose a number of ways: reduce or increase the size, change the shape of the tip or bridge, alter the distance between the nose and upper lip, or narrow the nostril span.
